Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days from the day after you receive your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must send us a clear statement by email to:

Please include your name, contact details, order number and which products you wish to return.
You then have 14 days from the date you contact us to send the products back.
2. Important hygiene exceptions
For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

sealed beauty or nail products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery;

products that have been visibly used, tested on the body, damaged or altered by you;

any personalised or custom-made items.
These items can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described.
3. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a refund:

products must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged;

ideally in their original packaging with all accessories, leaflets and any free gifts included;

you should include your order number or proof of purchase inside the parcel.

Unless the product is faulty or we have made an error, you are responsible for the cost of returning the products. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved:

we will issue a refund for the eligible products within a reasonable time, and no later than 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to cancel.

we may delay the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of sending them back, whichever comes first.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original order, unless we agree otherwise with you.
Initial delivery costs may be refunded up to the cost of the standard delivery option (any extra cost for express delivery may not be refunded).
5. Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered:

Please contact us as soon as possible at contactnailixa@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photos;

After assessing the situation, we may offer a replacement, a refund, a discount or another appropriate solution, in line with your legal rights.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered if the product you want is available in stock.
If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a refund or a store credit instead.
