By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on nailixa.com by individual consumers for personal use.

3. Products

Our products are mainly beauty and nail-related items.
We try to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur.

We reserve the right to add, modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

We may change prices at any time, but orders are charged at the price in force when the order is placed.

5. Orders

To place an order, you must:

  1. Add the chosen products to your basket;

  2. Proceed to checkout and provide the required information;

  3. Select a shipping method and payment method;

  4. Review and confirm your order;

  5. Complete payment.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. This email confirms that we have received your order; we may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, error, or any other legitimate reason.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (name, address, email, etc.) is correct.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout (for example: debit/credit card, PayPal or other secure payment providers).

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
All payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

If payment is not authorised, the order will not be processed.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery area: United Kingdom (unless otherwise stated on the website).

  • Estimated delivery time: usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors such as high demand periods, carrier delays, or events beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or non-collection, we may charge additional shipping costs to resend it.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you physically receive the products.

8. Right to cancel (cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after you receive your order to cancel your purchase without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must send us a clear statement by email to:

You then have another 14 days to send the products back.

Important hygiene exceptions

For health and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to:

  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened;

  • products that have been clearly used, tested on the body, damaged or altered by you;

  • personalised or made-to-order items.

Many beauty and nail products fall under these hygiene rules once opened.

10. Intellectual property

All content on nailixa.com (including text, images, graphics, logos, designs and product names) is owned by or licensed to Nailixa.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains how and why we use your data and your rights.

12. Liability

We will not be liable for:

  • any use of the products that does not follow the instructions or normal purpose;

  • indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of data, loss of opportunity or loss of profit;

  • temporary unavailability or malfunction of the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute will first be handled by seeking an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
